Wow!  Stock markets around the world have declined since the beginning of new year.  Commodity prices are down.  Oil drops below $30.  Energy companies have started massive layoffs.

Living in Ontario, I haven’t seen much layoff around, but I do know people living in Alberta are suffering.  Not only the energy industries are contracting, the 70% decline of the oil price has its ripple effects on housing, construction, building materials, retail, etc..

For 2 years I have been witnessing the soon-to-happen worldwide collapse.  In fact, the depression started back in 2008.  No matter what the governments tell you, there were never any substantial recovery.  Pumping artificial money (paper or digital) into the system is simply a foolish act that basically kicking the can down the road.  Fiat currency never worked, and it never will.

We live in a finite world with finite resources, therefore, printing money out of thin air and into QE infinity is doomed to fail.  Only just weight, hard work and fearing of the Lord can bring prosperity to a society.

If you think you can make money in this collapse by betting on shorting, buying puts and bear ETFs, you are playing fire.  The entire system could be shutdown when the collapse commences and you will not be allowed to withdraw or sell anything in your trading and savings account.

You have very little time to prepare now.

• If you don’t know Jesus Christ, talk to a Christian or read John and Romans in the Bible.  Nothing that I list below can save you from what is coming.  Only God the Almighty has the power to protect and provide for you. 
• Sell your stocks, bonds and mutual funds.  Sell your expensive toys.  Keep minimum amount of cash in your chequing account to pay bills.  Try to pay down your mortgage.
• Buy good water filters and store water in barrels if you can.
• Buy long-term storage food.  You would need minimum 12 months of supply for every family member.
• Buy any daily necessities before the panic kicks in.  Remember the medical supplies and cleaning supplies.
• If you agree to firearms, buy guns for hunting and self-defense purposes.  If you don’t like guns, get yourselves some good knives.
• Learn survival skills and self-defense skills.
• Team up with like minded neighbours and friends.  You need support when the society collapses.

By the way, anything that you prepare according to the above list will not go to waste.  You can always eat the food and drink the water.  There will be a shortage of supply in the future, especially when WW3 arrives.  It would be wise to store sufficient necessities for your family.  But remember, don’t trust in your stuff, trust Jesus Christ that the stuff you store would be put into good use.
