Kay was admitted into South Lake Hospital on June 1 at 20:00 childbirth unit.  It turned out to be a 11 hours labour during which our midwife Sally had to attend two other deliveries ion the same floor.  By 4:00 a.m. on June 2, the doctor came in and broke Kay's water because there was very little progress and everybody was tired by now. 

At 7:20 a.m. Caleb was out of the womb, facing up and looking at dad.  He weighted 7lb 5oz and 19 inches long.

Praise the Lord for his protection over a safe labour.  Needless to say, everybody is excited with the new addition.
