We have something really serious to share with you and sincerely hope that you can spend some time on this subject too. We don’t intend to give you every detail here, but references so that you can read more on this issue. After what we have learned, we can only trust that the King James Bible is the best “Word of God”. Not even the NKJV, not even the Chinese United Version. The N.T. of King James Bible were translated from Textus Receptus, or the Received Text (TR), or the majority text (since it is represented by 95 % of all the manuscript evidence), whereas all the other new versions were based heavily on two manuscripts of the school of Alexandrian which in the 16th century were considered corrupted text. “The New International Version, New American Bible, New American Standard, New Jerusalem, New English Bible, and New Revised Standard are not so ‘New’ as we have seen, but are merely an encore of the ‘New’ Age esotericism of Plato, Saccus, Clement and Origen, set on the stage of the Egyptian papyri and Eusebius’ Aleph and B manuscripts.” (P.545 of “New Age Bible Versions” by G.A. Ripling) The famous Westcott and Hort wrote a ‘new’ Revised Version of the N.T. base on these two manuscripts in 1881. And this ‘new’ Greek text is underlying today new versions. Now, let’s think….Westcott did not believe Jesus is the Christ, he denied that Jesus ever recognized Himself is the Son of God. They were spiritualists, driving the New Age Movement. So why were they rewriting a Greek Text Bible? Was it part of the New Age movement? ============================================================= In today new versions, it’s hard to see the two words “Jesus Christ” goes together, either Jesus or Christ was being taken out. So were they trying to say Jesus is not the Christ? Let’s look at the following versus from KJV, the word in [[ ]] is missing in new versions. These are just examples, in some versions, ‘Jesus’ had been taken out 87 times. Math 16:20 Then charged he his disciples that they should tell no man that he was [[Jesus]] the Christ. Rom 15:8 Now I say that [[Jesus]] Christ was a minister of the circumcision for the truth of God…… Rom 16:18 For they that are such serve not our Lord [[Jesus]] Christ, but their own belly; 2 Co 4:6 …..to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of [[Jesus]] Christ. 2 Co 5:18 And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by [[Jesus]] Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation; Acts 15:11 But we believe that through the grace of the Lord Jesus [[Christ]] we shall be saved, even as they. ============================================================= And, new versions do not show the father and son relationship between Jesus and God. John 16:16 A little while, and ye shall not see me: and again, a little while, and ye shall see me, [[because I go to the Father]]. Eph 3:9 Which from the beginning of the world hath been hid in God, who created all things [[by Jesus Christ]]. Eph 3:14 I bow my knees unto the Father [[ of our Lord Jesus Christ]]. John 6:69 And we believe and are sure that thou art that Christ, the Son of the living God. (KJV) We believe and know that you are the Holy One of God. (NIV, et al., take out ‘Christ’, and ‘Son’) John 9:35 b “Dost thou believe on the Son of God?”. (KJV) “Do you believe in the Son of Man?” (NIV, et al.) John 6:65, 8:28, 38……… Changed from “my Father” to “the Father” Note: Quote from Westcott “The Son of man was not necessarily identified with the Christ.” “It is not said that Jesus glorified not himself, but the Christ. He never speaks directly of himself as God.” =========================================================== Our sins are being washed by Jesus Christ’s blood, and that doesn’t seem to be important in new versions. Col 1:14 In whom we have redemption [[through his blood]], even the forgiveness of sins. How about the cross, and the word of God? Luke 4:4 And Jesus answered him, saying, “It is written, that man shall not live by bread alone, [[but by every word of God]].” Mark 10:21 ….and to give to the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven: and come, [[take up the cross]], and follow me. =========================================================== And does Jesus come in the flesh? It’s omitted in new versions. 1 John 4:3 And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus [[Christ is come in the flesh]] is not of God: and this is that spirit of an-ti-christ, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world. =========================================================== New versions replace “devils” with “demons”, are they trying to say devils is not that bad. Matt 9:34, 10:8, 12:24, 12:27 and so on In Webster, the two terms are very different. Demon: 1. a tutelary divinity; a demon. 2. …neut. Of daimonios of a divinity. Devil : 1. In Jewish and Christian theology, the personal supreme spirit of evil and unrighteousness. 2. A lesser evil or malignant spirit… Mme. Blavatsky, a very good friend of Westcott, and who was called the god mother of New Age, “recommends a switch from the title ‘devils’ to ‘demons’ Quote from her “The Church is wrong in calling them Devils………….there are no devils”
